    My throw purchase was a pleasure from start to finish. Not only did I receive enlarged photos online of the colours I was interested in, but Cathy also sent me several samples in the mail, of thread colours, so I could see what they looked like in person - at no charge, to Vancouver, Canada! I was so excited just to receive the thread swatch and could make the best decision based on that. My throw arrived beautifully packaged and has exceeded my expectations in every way - this is a superlative product and I can't recommend it enough.

    Love that they sent me threads so I could choose the best color for my room. It is large and feels heavenly. I will love it on a cold day in Amarillo during a snow storm.

    You won’t get better anywhere in the world - I’ve tried. Also top class customer service. They even changed their website to allow them to ship to a VAT exempt jurisdiction for me. Can’t recommend highly enough. These blankets are beautiful to have around the house. Don’t go anywhere else.

    Please let me know when I can expect to receive this product. ----------------------------------------- Response: Hi Chris, as per our email to you, our Airmail delivery service has been severely impacted due to Covid19. Among other disruptions, the volume of air travel from New Zealand is miniscule compared to pre-Covid times, which has a flow-on to Airmail capacity. What would usually take 6-10 working days can easily take a couple of weeks longer. However it is a reliable service, and we know the goods will arrive. We are very disappointed to not be able to provide our usual delivery time-frames, but it is out of our control. We look forward to normality returning.
