We offer free shipping worldwide for our alpaca and mohair throw blankets. If you live in USA, Australia or NZ, we deliver for free to your door. We are in love with gorgeous home textiles, especially with Mohair blankets and Alpaca throws, and have been sending them around the world for years.
We ship FREE* via the Airmail postal service to virtually any address in the world. This is not a tracked service, but your goods are insured against loss or damage. We make our blankets in New Zealand. Air freight services from NZ are still impacted since Covid. Please allow around three weeks for delivery once your blanket has been shipped. Good things take time!
We want our customers to love their throws and blankets. So if you are not absolutely delighted with your throw it is no problem to return your throw or blanket for a full refund or exchange.

If your parcel is lost or damaged (which hardly ever happens) we will refund or replace the goods (once New Zealand Post has verified that the delivery address you have given is valid and correct).
We do everything possible to ensure your goods are dispatched in a timely fashion, however will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a late or missing parcel. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the expected time-frame.
*Please note while we ship for free there may sometimes be customs, duty charges, import levies or other taxes to be paid in the recipient country prior to delivery. We are not responsible for payment of these duties, levies, taxes or customs charges (which the recipient may be required to pay prior to delivery). Ordering multiple items together may increase the potential for additional charges to be paid by the recipient.
No Fuss Returns
How to return your goods...
Please note it must be in new condition with all labels and tags still attached, and we must receive it within 30 days of the original purchase. We need to know who purchased the throw and when. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days from dispatch date), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Choosing the right color
We get very few throws returned, and it is usually because the color does not work as well as intended in the room. We highly recommend getting thread samples before you purchase. So we are more than happy to send you a few threads of the colors you are interested in before you make your purchase. It is a whole lot more simple (and cheaper) than returning a throw blanket to us. Just email us, and let is know your address and colors you are interested in.
